Centurion Transport Company is committed to Quality.
We recognise that each of our clients provide important products and services to end users across Western Australia. To ensure that our client's expectations are met, Centurion acknowledges that our own services must be of a high standard.
In October 1993 Centurion became the first Australian General Transport Company to be accredited to the internationally recognised ISO 9002.
Since that time we have maintained our Quality Assurance certification currently to the standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
We are building our business on a foundation of continual improvement, in co-operation with our business partners – our customers.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
We have built our reputation on providing a quality service, and were the first Australian General Transport Company to be awarded the ISO 9002 Quality Assurance standard in October of 1993.
Our commitment to meeting our customer requirements with a quality service is an evolving process and to that end we have developed a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Management Plan (HMP) for the hygienic and safe transportation of food products.
HACCP is about analysing the food handling process and identifying the various control points, and crucial control points within it. This then enables a management plan to be developed which allows for the monitoring of the process and timely intervention to be taken to maintain the safety and integrity of the food products.
Centurion will ensure that correct temperatures of products are maintained, and that the hygiene standards of our equipment, facilities and employees are exceptional. As part of our HMP we have implemented stringent procedures to ensure that all food products are received, stored and transported in the correct manner as stipulated by our customers and the various Legislative requirements.
